Requesting samples is fast and easy.
It is mandatory to order samples of products in custom colours before placing the final order.

Ordering samples
You can order samples directly from maibec by completing the sample request form
.
Return it:

• By email to sales.sample@maibec.com.
OR
By calling 418 659-3323 / Toll-free 1 800 363-1930. Ask for the sample service. Our sample clerk will be happy to take the order.

Ask your maibec retailer to order them for you. -
Receiving samples
Orders are shipped within 5 working days to you or your retailer. A sample number (starting with L or B) can be found on the back of the samples. -
Placing the order
Indicate the sample number (starting with L or B) of the approved samples when placing the final order.
Samples are valid for one year. If you place your order more than a year after the date on the approved sample label, you must order new samples.
Note : In the event that you refuse to order samples of maibec products in custom colours, a waiver must be signed before the final order will be processed. In such cases, maibec will not be held responsible for the exactness of the colour on the product ordered.
